The document was signed by two Serbian vice-premiers, the Vojvodina
Reformists of Miodrag Isakov, and the Association of Vojvodina
Hungarians of Jozef Kasa, the Belgrade-based radio B92 reported.
The president of the Vojvodina parliament, Nenad Canak, did not
sign the document. He previously explained that as the chairman of
the constitutional sub-commission for the territorial
organisation of Serbia he could not sign a party document.
