These include completion of the legal framework for cooperation, continuation of talks at political and business levels, and establishment of a joint working group to analyse and monitor the progress of cooperation. The document, signed on behalf of Croatia by Deputy Foreign Minister Ivan Simonovic, was made public at Tripoli airport shortly before the departure of the Croatian delegation for Zagreb. The document says that Mesic and Libyan leader Muammar al-Qaddafi met several times to discuss the development of bilateral cooperation in many areas, as well as other issues of common interest.
