Senad Slatina, a political analyst from the International Crisis

The highway referred to as Corridor 5C would link the Hungarian
capital of Budapest to the southern Croatian seaport of Ploce. The
Bosnian Council of Ministers has discussed construction of the
stretch of the highway through Bosnia-Herzegovina with the private
Bosnian-Malaysian company Bosmal, which will secure initial funds
for the preparation of a feasibility study.
If Bosmal succeeds in securing 300 million euros within the next
four months, talks will be initiated to grant it a licence for the
construction of the highway.
