Croatia's offer to built corridor Vc through Bosnia-Herzegovina
was related to the solving of the Ploce Port status. #L#
Croatia's offer to build corridor Vc was based on good-neighbourly
intentions towards neighbouring Bosnia-Herzegovina, without any
sort of blackmail and connection to the solving of the Ploce Port
status, Ambassador Vrbosic told Bosnian Federation Television on
Thursday evening.
Asked whether Bosnia's possible refusal of Croatia's proposal to
announce an international public bid for tenders could cause harm
to the two countries' relations, the ambassador expressed
confidence the Bosnian Council of Ministers would consider Croatia
model for the construction of the road.
"Bosnian Council of Ministers can either accept or refuse our
offer. Our relations are friendly. We have no choice but to
cultivate such relations because we are European countries which
obey European criteria," Ambassador Vrbosic said.
