Most of the refugees have been integrated into Montenegrin society,
while the status of some of them has remained unchanged. The largest
number of refugees live in coastal areas, according to Scepanovic.
Scepanovic said that most of the refugees were staying in refugee
centres or with their relatives and friends. He added that refugee
centres were increasingly being closed due to lack of donations,
which was considerably aggravating the status of refugees.
Scepanovic said that the situation was improving to some extent,
especially in Croatia, where it is now easier for refugees to seek
their employment-related rights.
