RIJEKA, July 22 (Hina) - The majority share-owner and chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Viktor Lenac shipyard, Giancarlo Zacchelo, on Tuesday accepted a plan for the financial restructuring of and completion of investments in
the ailing company.

restructuring of and completion of investments in the ailing

Zacchelo decided to inject 1.7 million euros through his other
companies, the shipyard management said in a statement on Tuesday.
Zachello's Beleggingsmaatschappij Ella III and Montiron Shipping
Corporation Ltd., which hold 33.55 percent of shares in Viktor
Lenac, will invest the money "within a time-frame defined in the
restructuring plan", according to the statement.
