BANJA LUKA, July 15 (Hina) - The Helsinki Committee for Human Rights of Republika Srpska on Tuesday welcomed encouraging signs of improving cooperation between Bosnia-Herzegovina and Croatia, but expressed concern over "a superficial
attitude" towards the problem of return of refugees to Croatia.
BANJA LUKA, July 15 (Hina) - The Helsinki Committee for Human Rights
of Republika Srpska on Tuesday welcomed encouraging signs of
improving cooperation between Bosnia-Herzegovina and Croatia, but
expressed concern over "a superficial attitude" towards the
problem of return of refugees to Croatia. #L#
The committee said this in a statement issued a day after the
official visit of the Croatian prime minister to Bosnia-
Herzegovina.
"The promises Prime Minister (Ivica) Racan made during his visit to
Bosnia-Herzegovina, that (Croatia) will build housing for
returnees, are hypocritical and aimed at deceiving the
international public," the statement said.
