"We have proposed to the Zagreb Commercial Court to launch
bankruptcy as Croatia Bus owes Zagreb some 6.8 million kuna," Chief
State Prosecutor Mladen Bajic told Hina today.
He added that the state prosecution had already issued some
indictments regarding alleged wrongdoing in Croatia Bus and was
continuing to investigate the company's activities.
While the state prosecution insists on bankruptcy, a part of
Croatia Bus employees, who support the company's owner Leon Sulic,
today continued obstructing traffic in downtown Zagreb driving a
score of busses very slowly, and protesting in front of the offices
of the city's authorities.
