BELGRADE, June 9 (Hina) - The transport and communications ministers of Croatia and Serbia considered in Belgrade on Monday all important issues related to transport the two countries have to resolve, primarily border traffic, navigation along the Danube, and the tenth corridor. #L# Serbia's Marija Raseta-Vukosavljevic said measures aimed at accelerating procedure at border crossings might be adopted in late July. As issues requiring immediate solving, the two ministers mentioned the determination and demilitarisation of the border, navigation on and the renovation of bridges across the Danube, cleaning the Sava and making it navigable. Raseta-Vukosavljevic said Serbian Railways' debt to Croatian Railways might be cleared in a matter of days. Croatian Minister Roland Zuvanic said corridors and good neighbourly relations were crucial for the realisation of Croatia's infrastructure reconstruction programme. One of the most significant European routes is the tenth corridor, an important connection between Croatia and Serbia, he said. The signing of bilateral transport accords expected for October is significant for air traffic as well, and the first lines may be expected towards the end of the year. (hina) ha sb
