ZAGREB, July (Hina) - The Croatian government confirmed on Friday that the Office of the President of the Republic had forwarded it a report by the Chief State Prosecutor with information on criminal charges and trials conducted
against known and unknown perpetrators following the military-police operation "Storm".

report by the Chief State Prosecutor with information on criminal

perpetrators following the military-police operation "Storm".

After it is analysed, the report will be urgently forwarded to the
prosecution of the U.N. war crimes tribunal for the former
Yugoslavia in The Hague, reads a statement from the government's
public relations office.
The documents show that with regard to Operation "Storm", criminal
charges have been pressed against 4,625 persons, of whom 2,567 are
unknown perpetrators. A total of 3,792 persons have been indicted
and verdicts have been passed against 3,558 persons.
