Without any lengthy debates, MPs in the parliament's upper house
endorsed the agreement in the form as adopted by the lower house
earlier this month.
The agreement ensures immunity from prosecution before the ICC for
all US citizens engaged in military, diplomatic or humanitarian
missions in Bosnia-Herzegovina.
The ratification of the document ensured the continuation of US
military assistance which otherwise would have been discontinued
on July 1.
