due to lack of quorum, after which Luksic resigned as member of the Croatian Democratic Union as well as from all party posts.

The vote of confidence in Luksic was requested by the HDZ.
The head of the party's county committee, Zivko Nenadic, said the
request was the result of "differences and disagreement with
Luksic, which hampered the functioning of the county
authorities".
