Refugees from Croatia earned tenancy rights at concrete addresses
through their work and the latest government decisions do not
guarantee them the return to their homes, Tosic said in a statement
forwarded to the media.
"Refugees are still uncertain about what will Croatia be able to
afford in line with its abilities," Tosic said.
