ZAGREB, May 26 (Hina) - Croatian Premier Ivica Racan on Monday held talks with Romanian President Ion Iliescu on bilateral relations and on the two countries' bids to join in Euro-Atlantic integration processes, according to a press
release issued by the Croatian government.

Croatia and Romania have no open issues in bilateral relations,
Premier Racan said, adding that they had almost identical strategic
goals, such as admission into the European Union and NATO.
President Iliescu, who is on a two-day official visit to Croatia,
agreed that the relations between the two countries were
satisfactory and that they were improving both in political and
economic spheres.
