ZAGREB, May 16 (Hina) - Croatian Democratic Union (HDZ) president Ivo Sanader on Friday received Klaus-Peter Willsch, the German parliament's representative for relations with the Croatian parliament, the opposition party said in a

parliament's representative for relations with the Croatian

Sanader acquainted Willsch with the current political situation in
Croatia in light of an upcoming parliamentary election, and with
the HDZ's policy.
Sanader said his party was Europe-oriented and that he was pleased
with the excellent relations and friendship with Germany's CDU and
CSU parties.
Willsch congratulated Sanader on the policy under which he was
leading the HDZ and on the party's role in the Croatian parliament,
according to the press release.
