command responsibility in international and domestic law will
start in Belgrade on Friday. #L#
The event is organised by the Belgrade-based Fund for Humanitarian
Law and the Croatian association of experts on the penal code in
cooperation with the International Criminal Tribunal for the
former Yugoslavia (ICTY) and the Danish foreign ministry.
The second part of the conference will be held in Zagreb on 13-14
June.
