ZAGREB, May 21 (Hina) - Wednesday's talks with representatives of Austria's oil company OMV wrapped up another round of negotiations with three potential strategic partners in the privatisation of Croatia's oil company INA. The next
round is expected to start at the end of this month, officials at the Economy Ministry said.

with three potential strategic partners in the privatisation of

Over the past seven days, officials of the Economy Ministry and
government advisors on the privatisation of INA held talks with
representatives of all three potential buyers of 25% plus one share
of the national oil company - Hungary's MOL, Russia's Rosneft and
Austria's OMV.
The talks focused on details from the bids submitted by the
potential partners. Another round of talks will be held at the end
of the month, after which final and binding offers are to be
submitted.
