International Development (USAID) and officials of Dvor
municipality on Tuesday signed a Memorandum of Understanding whose
aim is to revive the economy of this Croatian area bordering with
Bosnia. #L#
The memorandum was signed by the U.S. Ambassador to Croatia,
Lawrence Rossin, the USAID director, William Jeffers, and Dvor
municipal head Nikola Caric.
Ambassador Rossin said the United States' government and the USAID
had so far invested around US$1.2 million in the reconstruction of
the utilities infrastructure in the Dvor area.
