Bosnia-Herzegovina Foreign Ministry a draft agreement between the
two countries on the non-extradition of U.S. citizens to the
permanent International Criminal Court at The Hague, U.S.
Ambassador to Bosnia Clifford Bond said on Wednesday. #L#
The U.S. is now waiting for a reply from the ministry, Bond said. He
stressed that "true" negotiations between Bosnia and the U.S. on
the agreement had not yet begun.
