State Secretary Colin Powell will sign the partnership charter
together with the foreign ministers of Albania, Macedonia and
Croatia, stressing America's support to the efforts of the three
countries and their aspirations for full integration into Euro-
Atlantic institutions, especially NATO, said the State
Department's spokesman, Richard Bouchner, on Tuesday.
Along with Powell, the charter will be signed by Croatia's Foreign
Minister Tonino Picula and his Albanian and Macedonian
counterparts Ilir Meta and Ilinka Mitreva respectively.
