president Ivica Crnic yesterday rejected her request for Rumenjak's exemption.
ZAGREB, April 23 (Hina) - The president of the Zagreb County Court,
Bozidar Rumenjak, on Wednesday found Nevenka Tudjman's request for
the exemption of three of the court's judges as unfounded and
rejected her motion. Supreme Court president Ivica Crnic yesterday
rejected her request for Rumenjak's exemption. #L#
Tudjman's trial for illegal business mediation was adjourned last
Tuesday because of her attorney's motion to exempt three judges and
the president of the court.
Attorney Ante Vukorepa moved to exempt the judges claiming that
Rumenjak, his deputy and the president of the criminal department
were biased. The motion was rejected as unfounded.
