ZAGREB, April 14 (Hina) - The trial of former Croatian President Franjo Tudjman's daughter Nevenka, which was to start at the Zagreb County Court on Tuesday, was discontinued as her attorney Ante Vukorepa requested the exemption of
judge Vladimir Pavlekovic and other competent court officials.

County Court on Tuesday, was discontinued as her attorney Ante
Vukorepa requested the exemption of judge Vladimir Pavlekovic and

The exemption request will be considered by the Supreme Court.
Nevenka Tudjman is accused of having acquired around 1.7 million
kuna (around EUR230,000) of commission through illegal mediation,
i.e. by having charged her business partner for helping him win
business contracts while her father was in power.
