The parliament on Friday morning resumes its session with a debate
on a draft decision on the council for control over security
services, drawn up by the committee for internal policy and
national security.
The law on security services regulates the position and role of
secret services in the security and intelligence system, which
consists of the Intelligence Agency (OA), the Counter-Intelligence
Service (POA) and the Military Security Agency (VOA).
The task of the council is to supervise the regularity of the
activities of the security services and of the application of
measures aimed at secret collection of data, which restrict the
constitutional rights and human freedoms.
