LJUBLJANA, April 10 (Hina) - Slovenia is expecting to inherit 16 percent, i.e. 36 million US dollars, of the total of 225 million of the former Yugoslavia's foreign exchange reserves deposited in banks in the United States. These
funds were recently unfrozen, the Slovene government reported after its session Thursday.
LJUBLJANA, April 10 (Hina) - Slovenia is expecting to inherit 16
percent, i.e. 36 million US dollars, of the total of 225 million of
the former Yugoslavia's foreign exchange reserves deposited in
banks in the United States. These funds were recently unfrozen, the

"The Slovene government agrees with the unfreezing of deposits of
the former Yugoslav National Bank with the US's guarantee that the
funds will be divided among successors to the ex-Yugoslavia, in
line with provisions of the Vienna agreement on succession," the
government concluded.
