Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) met in Zagreb for a
two-day gathering at which they will present the PISA programme for
international student assessment. #L#
About 70 representatives of Croatian ministries, faculties and
schools will be acquainted with the basic facts about the project of
international comparative assessment of education programmes.
Croatia should decide by summer whether it will adopt the system.
The PISA project is implemented every three years and consists of
examinations which include 4,000 - 10,000 fifteen-year-olds and
last several months.
The system is applied in 32 countries.
