After a meeting with an advisor of the EU representative for foreign
affairs and security policy, Stefan Lene, Rexhepi told reporters
that prior to dialogue representatives of Kosovo Albanians would
establish its strategy for talks.
Lebe said the European Union supported the policy by UN civil
administrator in Kosovo Michael Steiner who stressed that Kosovo
must achieve certain standards of a democratic society prior to the
start of negotiations on Kosovo's final status.
Javier Solana's advisor voiced confidence dialogue between
Pristina and Belgrade would be to both parties' interest.
