The three heads of state already met in Prague last November on the
margins of a NATO summit. Mesic said on that occasion Croatia had
met all criteria necessary to enter NATO, with the exception of a
few conditions.
Before returning to Zagreb on Thursday, Mesic will hold talks with
Albania's Foreign Minister Ilir Meta, Prime Minister Fatos Nano,
and parliament speaker Servet Pellumbi.
