No other information about the meeting was available on Monday
afternoon, as the government previously called on all its members
to refrain from giving public statements on the matter until the
resolution of the entire case.
The task force consisting of ministers Radimir Cacic (Croatian
People's Party, HNS), Zeljko Pacek (the Croatian Peasant Party,
HSS) and Davorko Vidovic (the Social Democratic Party, SDP) should
examine all the documentation pertaining the bid of Slovenia's
Terme Catez firm for the purchase of the company from the island of
Hvar.
The task force should also offer an exit from the situation in which
HSS insists on the cancellation of the international invitation for
bids for the purchase of Suncani Hvar and on the punishment of those
who have committed irregularities in the privatisation of the said
company.
