In a letter to Ante Simonic, the government's representative in
negotiations on the collective agreement, the union says that
employees in health insurance services do not receive any bonuses,
to which nurses and medical staff are entitled, and reminds that
doctors have been offered a decent pay rise.
The union also warns that coefficients for the calculation of
salaries of health insurance employees considerably lagged behind
those of medical workers and demands that representatives of health
insurance employees be included in the negotiations.
