LJUBLJANA, Jan 23 (Hina) - Slovenia's attitude towards the Iraqi crisis is the same as that of France and Germany and the majority of European countries, Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel said on Thursday.

European countries, Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel said on

He said that Slovenia would respect U.N. Security Council
resolutions and expected a positive conclusion to the work U.N.
inspectors were doing to make Iraq renounce its weapons for mass
destruction.
Rupel added that with the preceding approval by its parliament and
in line with efforts by the international community, Slovenia would
allow possible flights and transit over its territory as well as the
exchange of intelligence in line with the fight against terrorism
in Southeast Europe.
