Croatia has a certain amount of oil reserves at its disposal,
sufficient for more than 15 days, as stipulated by the law, Racan
told Vesna Skare Ozbolt of the Democratic Centre, without
specifying the exact amount of the reserves.
During the question time which opened the 29th sitting, the premier
said a working group had been established which should analyse
events regarding the situation in Iraq.
Racan expressed hope that the problem in Iraq would be solved, if
possible, without war and complications which could have negative
consequences for the entire world, including Croatia.
