The strike committee chairman, Ivica Babic, said on Tuesday evening
he would attend the meeting and applauded the initiative.
"I expect a start of social dialogue which should resolve the
dispute and result in an agreement with the government concerning
our requests" for higher wages, Babic told Hina.
Doctors have been on strike for seven days now.
