in defining the text of a collective agreement for health and health
insurance employees. #L#
The Independent Union of Health Employees, Pension and Invalid
Insurance and Social Security of Croatia and the Croatian Union of
Qualified Nurses and Medical Technicians said in a statement that
they too were legitimate members of the negotiation team and that
negotiations were currently underway and they were regularly
attended by HLS president Ivica Babic.
The unions believe that a solution can only be found by sitting down
at a joint table which includes the demands by the HLS to be
fulfilled which will exclude any further opportunity to threaten
the rights of beneficiaries or those employed in health and to
ensure the normal functioning of the entire health system.
