BELGRADE, Jan 10 (Hina) - The Yugoslav Justice Ministry has not received any request from the Hague-based UN war crimes tribunal to ensure the testimony of a former Yugoslav president Dobrica Cosic in the trial of Slobodan Milosevic,
Serbian Radio and Television reported on Friday evening.

received any request from the Hague-based UN war crimes tribunal to
ensure the testimony of a former Yugoslav president Dobrica Cosic
in the trial of Slobodan Milosevic, Serbian Radio and Television

The Belgrade-based office of the International Criminal Tribunal
for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY) on Friday neither confirmed nor
denied statements by a local daily "Danas" which said that just
before New Year, Cosic had received a summons to appear as witness
in the Milosevic trial.
