There are 82,000 property restitution requests that have not been
solved yet, the Mostar office spokeswoman, Avis Benes, said.
She explained that with the enforcement of property laws, 71
percent of claims had been resolved in the Croat-Muslim federation,
61 percent in Republika Srpska, and 73 percent in the Brcko
District.
Benes added that the number of such requests was gradually
decreasing.
