Kutle is accused of having abused his position and authorities, the
Prosecutor's Office said on Wednesday.
The Zagreb businessman is currently being tried for embezzlement in
the "Tisak" newspaper distribution company. The two-year trial is
nearing the end and a new trial regarding Kutle's alleged
misconduct in the privatisation process of Zagreb's "Gradski
Podrum" restaurant should start in about ten days.
