MILAN, Dec 7 (Hina) - Croatian Prime Minister Ivo Sanader on Tuesday
attended the formal reopening of the world famous opera theatre La Scala in
Milan, which has been closed for nearly three years for renovation.Sanader attended the ceremony as a guest of Italian Prime Minister
Silvio Berlusconi. The Croatian prime minister and his wife sat in the royal
box together with their host and other high-ranking guests, including Swiss
President Joseph Deiss and Albanian Prime Minister Fatos Nano.
Berlusconi invited Sanader to the reopening of La Scala at a ceremony of
signing the European Constitution in Rome on October 29.
