The celebration was attended by a large number of Croats living in Paris. The head of the Mission, Mato Antunovic, recalled circumstances in which the Mission was established half a century ago, particularly the support of the Archbishop of Paris, Jean-Marie Lustiger, for the construction of the Croatian church in the city's 20th arrondissement in the 1980s.
