BELGRADE, Nov 11 (Hina) - None of the addresses forwarded to Serbian
authorities by Bosnian Serb officials at which indictees of the UN war crimes
tribunal are reportedly hiding has proven authentic, a member of Serbia and
Montenegro's council for cooperation with the UN tribunal and minister for
state administration and local self-government units, Zoran Loncar, said on
Thursday."It has been established that none of the Hague indictees either resides
or has ever resided at those several addresses," Loncar told reporters. He
added that there were "very few" such addresses, not as many as claimed in the
public, but he did not state how many addresses the Bosnian Serb authorities
had submitted, to how many persons they referred or when they were checked.
Former Bosnian Serb prime minister Milorad Dodik several days ago stated
that nine addresses at which indictees from Republika Srpska were hiding had
been submitted to the authorities in Belgrade. He also accused Serbian Prime
Minister Vojislav Kostunica and his government of not being interested in
arresting the indictees who he said were very likely hiding in Serbia.
