The warrant is for the arrest of Tomislav Duic, Josip Bikic, Miljenko Bajic, Davor Banic, and Emilio Bungur.
The other three defendants in the case, Tonci Vrkic, Ante Gudic, and Andjelko Botic, have been in detention since October 11, when the Supreme Court ordered that they be placed under arrest.
Duic, Bikic and Bajic have been at large ever since the first trial for war crimes committed against civilians and POW at the Lora prison in 1992 was held in 2002, when all eight accused were acquitted. The Supreme Court quashed the acquittal in August this year, requesting a retrial before a new panel of judges.
