Court-appointed defence counsel Steven Kay had informed the Trial Chamber that there were "no witnesses available to testify in the week of October 26 to 28," the Hague-based tribunal said in a brief statement, adding that "the Trial Chamber had already scheduled the week commencing November 1 as a non-sitting week".
