UMAG, Sept 28 (Hina) - The president of the Magistrates' Court in the
northern Adriatic town of Umag, Vladimir Vidovic, said on Tuesday he started
considering charges which Istria County police pressed against 12 Slovene
citizens who illegally entered Croatia on September 22.Vidovic told reporters that documents must be translated into Slovene
and forwarded to the accused Slovene citizens before he made his decision on
the course of the proceedings.
The Slovenes are charged with violations of the law on state border
control and the law on the movement and sojourn of foreigners.
The court president said he should make the decision regarding the
charges against the Slovenes early next week.
