In an address to disabled war veterans in Sarajevo on Friday, Ceric severely criticised the mass consumption of alcohol in Bosnia-Herzegovina as a country with a large Muslim population, recalling that under the Croatian Law on Traffic Safety, drivers were not allowed to have even the smallest amount of alcohol in their blood.
Ceric also expressed concern with the fact that beer was treated as a food product in Bosnia.
The Sarajevo media said that Ceric advocated following Croatia's example as well as selling alcohol in specialised shops.
