The HSS advocates a number of changes to laws which it will present at the first autumn session of the parliament, on September 14, including limiting possibilities for foreign citizens to buy real estate in Croatia and giving advantage to Croatian citizens, the HSS leader said at an international livestock fair in the northern town of Gudovac on Saturday.
Following requests by restaurant owners and wine producers, the HSS has launched the signing of a petition urging the re-introduction of a provision from the previous Law on Road Traffic allowing drivers to have the maximum of 0.5 per mille of alcohol in their blood.
The HSS will also request that the use of genetically modified seed be entirely banned, Tomcic said.
