ZAGREB/THE HAGUE, Sept 8 (Hina) - The International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia Appeals Chamber on Wednesday dismissed as unfounded an appeal by the ICTY Prosecutor's Office against the decision on provisional release pending trial for six Bosnian Croats and confirmed its decision on provisional release of Jadranko Prlic, Slobodan Praljk, Bruno Stojic, Milivoj Petkovic, Valentin Coric and Berislav Pusic, relieable sources reported.

The ICTY indicted the six former Bosnian Croat political and military leaders from the so-called Herceg-Bosna in April for crimes against humanity, violations of the laws and customs of war, harsh violations of the Geneva conventions, persecution of Bosnian Muslims between 1991 and 1994.

The six men voluntarily surrendered to the Hague tribunal on 5 April and pleaded not guilty to all counts of the indictment a day later.
