issued a statement on Monday in connection with the Piran Memorandum in which
the Croatian Party of Rights (HSP) on Saturday urged the Croatian government to
adhere to the middle of Piran Bay in negotiations with Slovenia on the
delimitation of the sea border in the northern Adriatic.According to the statement, the memorandum represents "the continuation
of Croatia's expansionist policy" towards Slovenia and shows that the HSP
"doesn't know the historical facts" regarding Piran Bay.

with the memorandum and to solve the sea border delimitation issue through the
European Union.
