Court president Aldo Radolovic said the court's investigating judge would rule tomorrow on a request for an investigation of Boskovski and a proposal for detention made by the Istria County Prosecutor's Office.
The former Macedonian minister, who also has Croatian citizenship, was arrested near Rovinj in Istria County on Tuesday after the Croatian judiciary took over the case against him from Macedonian authorities.
He was arrested at the request of the Istria County Prosecutor's Office on suspicion that in 2002, in his capacity as Macedonia's interior minister, he ordered the murder of several illegal immigrants from Pakistan and India who he claims were terrorists.
