The Club of Croatian Returnees from Emigration will be given the money to buy 14,230 square metres of land in the Bleiburg Field where a memorial plaque already stands commemorating members of the armed forces of the Independent State of Croatia (NDH) and civilians who were executed by Yugoslav partisans in 1945 after having been handed over by Allied forces.
