PRISTINA, April 23 (Hina) - The UN Civilian Administrator in Kosovo, Harri Holkeri, and Kosovo Premier Bajram Rexhepi announced on Friday that the office of the Kosovo government for international relations and regional dialogue had
been set up.

Harri Holkeri, and Kosovo Premier Bajram Rexhepi announced on Friday
that the office of the Kosovo government for international relations
and regional dialogue had been set up.#L#
Holkeri said the establishment of the office was in compliance with
the UN Security Council's Resolution 1244 and the province's
constitutional framework. He went on to say that Kosovo's
international relations remained in the jurisdiction of the UN Mission
(UNMIK) and that task of the office would be to co-ordinate
international activities of the Kosovo government with UNMIK.
Rexhepi said the office should serve as a starting point for plans
about the future foreign ministry of Kosovo's government.
