ZAGREB, April 7 (Hina) - The Academy for Political Development, as part of the Council of Europe's programme for political education, was opened in the Croatian parliament on Wednesday.

of the Council of Europe's programme for political education, was
opened in the Croatian parliament on Wednesday.#L#
The objective of the academy is to educate top Croatian staff of
younger generations, in line with European democratic political
practice and encourage their dialogue and cooperation in issues of
general societal interest.
The present were addressed by the head of the Academy Advisory
Committee Klaus Schumann who said that the programme aimed at
producing a new way of thinking and political action in order to
develop a cisil society.
